The terms that apply when you use the ECLA VITA website or place an order with us.
About ECLA VITA
ECLA VITA is a fragrance house operating in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These terms govern your use of our website and any order you place through it.
Using our website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the security or operation of the storefront.
Guest checkout and accounts
You can order as a guest. If you open an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Product descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including notes, weight and finish. Photographs and screens may not reproduce colour and texture exactly.
Natural and hand-finished variation
Where a product has natural or hand-finished characteristics, minor variations in colour, texture, weight and appearance may occur and are disclosed as normal. These variations do not limit your rights where a product is defective, damaged or materially different from what was agreed.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item cannot be fulfilled after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a partial refund for that item, or a full refund.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal and include value-added tax where applicable. Any delivery charge and tax are confirmed for your order before payment.
Placing an order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Orders are subject to acceptance and to payment being confirmed.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted when we confirm it and, where applicable, your payment is authorised. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in price or description, or where we suspect misuse.
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely by Tap Payments. The payment methods available to you are shown during checkout. We do not store your full card details.
Gifting
You can send an order directly to a recipient by marking it as a gift at checkout and providing their details. You are responsible for ensuring you have the recipient's permission to share their information with us, and gift orders are not sent with pricing paperwork.
Personalised and bespoke orders
Personalised, bespoke and made-to-order pieces are produced for you, may need additional preparation time, and may not be cancellable or returnable for change of mind once production has begun, where Saudi law permits. This never affects your rights relating to defects, damage, incorrect supply or failure to meet agreed specifications.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly to cancel an order that has not been dispatched. Where an order has been dispatched, our returns process applies instead.
Delivery
We currently deliver throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only, from Riyadh. Delivery estimates are set out on our Delivery page and are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy and by applicable Saudi consumer law, which protects your statutory rights.
ECLA Circle
ECLA Circle is our rewards programme. Membership and rewards are subject to the programme rules published on the ECLA Circle page, which we may update.
Promotions
Promotional offers, coupons and discounts are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn where misuse is suspected.
Intellectual property
The ECLA VITA name, brand, content, photography and design are owned by ECLA VITA or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Website availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or statutory right that cannot be excluded or limited under Saudi law, including your consumer rights. We remain responsible for our obligations under Saudi law, and nothing in these terms imposes a contractual cap on that responsibility.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the foot of this page shows the latest revision, and the terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi authorities.
